A Responsible Gaming Culture at 995bdt

995bdt believes entertainment should be enjoyable, not a burden. Our responsible gaming guidelines are here to help keep you safe and informed.

Our Commitment

Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?

Online betting and casino gaming is an enjoyable form of entertainment — but it can sometimes go beyond what one can afford. 995bdt always wants every one of our users to play consciously and safely.

Responsible gaming means more than just knowing your limits — it means having the right tools and support to stick to them. Our platform offers several protective features such as deposit limits, time limits, and self-exclusion that you can use at any time.

Remember — the goal of gaming is to have fun, not to cause harm. Your mental and financial wellbeing matters most to us.

Recognize the Warning Signs

If gaming starts to affect your daily life, family relationships, or financial situation, that is a warning sign. Review the self-assessment checklist below and contact us if you need help.

995bdt is a safe and reliable platform — we protect all our players through SSL encryption and fair play.

Protective Tools

Your Tools for Control

995bdt provides several effective protective tools to help you keep your gaming in check.

Set Deposit Limits

Set the maximum amount you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, reducing it takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a waiting period. This helps you maintain financial discipline.

Time Limits and Breaks

Playing for long stretches without a break is not healthy. Using our session timer and cooling-off period feature, you can take a break from your account for a set period — from 1 day up to several weeks.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel your gaming is getting out of control, use self-exclusion. This feature closes your account for a set period or permanently. No promotional messages are sent during self-exclusion.

Loss Limit

Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly loss limit. Once that limit is reached, placing further bets is automatically blocked. This keeps your savings protected and reduces the risk of excessive play.

Bet Limit

Set a maximum bet amount per round or per game session. This significantly reduces the chance of a large loss in a single session and lets you enjoy playing for longer.

Reality Check Reminders

Turn on pop-up reminders at set intervals to let you know how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost in that session. This keeps you aware of the real picture.

21+

For players aged 21 or above only

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play at 995bdt. We take a firm stand against gambling by minors. Any account identified as belonging to a minor will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be returned.

Log in to your account and go to the "Responsible Gaming" section in the Settings menu. You will find the self-exclusion option there. You can choose 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. While exclusion is active, you will not be able to log in and no promotional messages will be sent to you. Contact us on live chat for further assistance.

Yes, reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately. However, increasing a limit is subject to a waiting period, which prevents you from making decisions in the heat of the moment. This policy exists for your protection.

If you know or suspect that an underage person is using 995bdt, please notify us immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. We will investigate the matter seriously and take the necessary action. Protecting minors is our top priority.

Setting deposit limits or time limits does not generally cancel bonuses. However, active bonuses may be suspended in the case of self-exclusion. Please read our terms and conditions for details, or ask us on live chat.

After the set self-exclusion period ends, you will need to consciously reactivate your account. This does not happen automatically. In the case of permanent exclusion, account recovery is not possible. We recommend that you make sure you are ready before returning and seek professional advice if needed.

Common signs include: spending more than your set budget, repeatedly playing to chase losses, hiding your gambling, playing with borrowed money, strain on family relationships, and being unable to stop. If you notice any of these signs, seek help right away.
