General Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 995bdt platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "member"). By using the 995bdt website, mobile app, or any related services, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our platform. 995bdt reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you have agreed to the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to participate on the 995bdt platform. This platform is open only to those aged 21 and above. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or taking part in any gaming activity. 995bdt may request an ID or other documents for age verification if needed.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, they will be closed and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household play from the same device or IP address, please contact us in advance.
2.3 Registration Information
When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 995bdt reserves the right to close any account registered with false information at any time.

Account Management
3.1 Password Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. 995bdt is not responsible for any loss resulting from third-party use of your account.
3.2 Account Verification (KYC)
995bdt may request identity verification at any time to ensure security and prevent fraud. The following documents may typically be requested:
- National ID card (NID) or a copy of your passport
- Recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
- Details of the payment method used (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account)
If verification documents are not submitted within the given timeframe, withdrawals may be suspended or the account may be restricted.
3.3 Account Closure
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any outstanding balance will be given the opportunity to be withdrawn before the account is closed, provided it meets the conditions of these Terms.

Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on 995bdt is ৳100. The following methods can be used to process deposits:

- Bank Transfer
All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is any delay, please notify the support team.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals are always processed using the same method that was used for the deposit.
4.3 Transaction Limits and Security
If fraudulent activity is suspected, 995bdt may hold or investigate any transaction. Additional documents may be requested in such situations. If a transaction is cancelled for security reasons, the funds will be returned to the account.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
995bdt offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance becomes ৳2,000; or a deposit of ৳12,000 earns a ৳5,000 bonus and your total balance becomes ৳17,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To be eligible to withdraw the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15x). Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing. It is not possible to withdraw from bonus funds before the wagering requirements are met.
5.3 Promotional Terms
Each bonus and promotional offer has its own terms and conditions, which will be communicated when the offer is launched. As a general rule:
- A bonus may only be claimed once, unless stated otherwise.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
- 995bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
- Wagering requirements must be met before winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Betting Rules
All bets are recorded on 995bdt's servers and that record is final. If a technical error affects the outcome of a bet, 995bdt will investigate the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.
6.2 Game Outcomes
All game outcomes are determined through an automated Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer system. 995bdt conducts regular third-party audits to ensure fair play. In the event of invalid winnings caused by a technical error, those winnings will be voided.
6.3 Sports Betting
Bets can be placed on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other sporting events. Specific rules apply:
- Bets must be placed before the match starts or within a specified time limit.
- If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded.
- If a match does not take place at the scheduled venue or time, 995bdt will determine the outcome of the bet.
6.4 Live Casino
995bdt accepts no liability for disconnections that occur while participating in live casino games. Decisions made in live games are final and cannot be changed.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 995bdt platform:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Operating an account using another member's identity.
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform's software to gain an unfair advantage.
- Playing games using bots, automated software, or any other automated tools.
- Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources (money laundering).
- Harassing other users of the platform or engaging in inappropriate conduct.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's security or systems.
- Colluding to place bets or fixing outcomes in advance.

Responsible Gaming
995bdt places the highest priority on responsible gaming. Gaming is an entertainment activity — it should not be used as a source of income. We encourage members to set their own limits.

Limitation of Liability

10.2 Third-Party Game Providers
Games from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others are operated through 995bdt. The original provider is responsible for technical errors in these games.
10.3 Personal Losses
The user is personally responsible for any financial losses incurred through gaming activity. 995bdt is not liable for losses resulting from your gaming decisions. Play responsibly and stay within your means.

Service Changes and Termination
995bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or fully discontinue any part of its service at any time. Where such changes occur, efforts will be made to notify members in advance.
995bdt may close an account without notice in the following situations:
- Serious breach of these Terms.
- Evidence of fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Registration using a false identity or information.
- In accordance with directives from law enforcement agencies.
Upon account closure, any valid balance that has not been forfeited due to a breach of these Terms will be returned.

Changes to Terms
995bdt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via a notice on the website or by email.
Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published means you have accepted the new Terms. The latest version of these Terms will always be available on this page, and the date of the most recent update will be shown at the top of the page.
